Please ensure that you carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before booking your trip with us. We will make every effort to ensure that your trip runs smoothly and we provide the highest quality service to make your journey with us a truly unforgettable experience.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

To book your trip with Komodo Prestige, first check the availability of tours and select your desired activity, then make a firm booking. We will then check your booking and provide an explanation of the tours. Once we have agreed on the details, a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required.

Customers can make travel reservations via phone, WhatsApp or email. Reservations will be confirmed by Komodo Prestige in writing and an invoice will be issued. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies or incorrect information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to review and verify the booking confirmation letter.

PAYMENT

Customers will receive invoices for all travel services after their bookings have been confirmed by Komodo Prestige and become the responsibility of the tour operator. Payment must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. If the deposit is not received by Komodo Prestige on the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Payment of the deposit indicates that the client has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Clients can make bill payments via the Komodo Prestige bank account or transfer using the TransferWise application (USD, Euro, IDR), or directly to the Komodo Prestige office. Any bank fees or additional fees caused by currency differences must be paid by the client. The client will receive a voucher for all travel services and a due date for the remainder of the bill. Komodo Prestige must receive the remaining amount of the bill 1 week before the date of travel. For orders made less than 1 month before the travel date, the client can pay off the entire travel costs one day before the trip starts.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers can cancel their orders at any time by communicating with Komodo Prestige. The tour package fee that has been received is non-refundable unless the customer changes the trip schedule in the same year.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION BY KOMODO PRESTIGE

Due to weather and sea conditions or force majeure outside of our control, Komodo Prestige may need to cancel a tour with or without prior notice.

  1. If we cancel the tour before departure, a full refund of the total fee paid will be given. The client will not be entitled to compensation for the loss of the tour.
  2. If an ongoing tour is disrupted by circumstances beyond our control, a refund will be given based on a fair proportion of tourism costs.
  3. If there are major changes to the tour before departure, clients have the option to either accept alternative changes and arrangements with or without compensation, or cancel the tour and receive a full refund, including any price difference.
 

INSURANCE

Clients must have appropriate travel insurance to participate in our organized tours. Bajo Pride does not provide any insurance. Clients are responsible for organizing their own insurance at a reasonable cost to cover medical expenses incurred due to illness or accidents during travel, and loss of vacation money through cancellation and reduction of holidays for reasons that can be insured.

FLIGHTS

All departure and arrival times provided by the airline are estimates only and are subject to change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements. Komodo Prestige is not responsible for any changes in flight schedules. We are also not responsible for any losses suffered by clients who miss their flights due to delays. We strongly recommend that tour participants arrive at least one day before the tour starts.
